Reporting to the Director of IS Technology Services, recommended and facilitated the implementation of solutions which enabled the delivery of quality systems to more than 8,000 users in a fast-paced, growing, not-for-profit health district consisting of an award winning 557-bed HIMSS Stage 6 hospital, five community medical centers, more than 260 employed physicians, and the largest skilled nursing facility in the Carolinas. Reporting to the Dean of the College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management, instructed a summer course on end-user support.
