  • Director, IT Infrastructure Administration / Global Lending Services / 2022 – Present

    Reporting to the VP of Technology and Infrastructure, responsible for the ClientOps and Identity Access Management teams. Provide daily guidance and management of a team of administrators across various technical disciplines. Accountable for the health and availability of the technology systems that enable the business operations of a fast-paced fintech company with 1,000+ employees.

  • Manager, Systems Administration / Lexington Medical Center / 2015 – 2022

    Reporting to the Director of IS Technology Services, recommended and facilitated the implementation of solutions which enabled the delivery of quality systems to more than 8,000 users in a fast-paced, growing, not-for-profit health district consisting of an award winning 557-bed HIMSS Stage 6 hospital, five community medical centers, more than 260 employed physicians, and the largest skilled nursing facility in the Carolinas. Provided leadership and direction to a total of 11 direct reports working in three functional teams responsible for enterprise server and storage infrastructure, virtualization, cloud computing, and telecommunications. Served as a project manager for enterprise initiatives and coordinate cross-team efforts.

  • Server & Storage Admin / SCANA Services / 2008 – 2015

    Reporting to the Server Team Supervisor, built and managed virtual infrastructure consisting of more than 1,000 VDI endpoints and more than 2,000 servers for a Fortune 500 company spanning territory in three states (SC/NC/GA). Managed enterprise storage platforms housing both structured and unstructured data.

  • Adjunct Professor / University of South Carolina / 2014

    Reporting to the Dean of the College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management, instructed a summer course on end-user support. Conducted weekly hands-on labs for students to build desktop computers from individual components, or build a system using the Raspberry Pi platform, and troubleshoot accordingly.
