Manager, Systems Administration / Lexington Medical Center / 2015 – 2022
Reporting to the Director of IS Technology Services, recommended and facilitated the implementation of solutions which enabled the delivery of quality systems to more than 8,000 users in a fast-paced, growing, not-for-profit health district consisting of an award winning 557-bed HIMSS Stage 6 hospital, five community medical centers, more than 260 employed physicians, and the largest skilled nursing facility in the Carolinas. Provided leadership and direction to a total of 11 direct reports working in three functional teams responsible for enterprise server and storage infrastructure, virtualization, cloud computing, and telecommunications. Served as a project manager for enterprise initiatives and coordinate cross-team efforts.

Reporting to the Dean of the College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management, instructed a summer course on end-user support.
